Legal entity and name change

From 23 September 2024, Clearbox Ltd has been renamed to Kier Transportal Ltd. The legal entity update has been made to align with the rebrand of Clearbox to Transportal CDE.

Please note that this is a name change only and all other details remain the same, including our company number, registered office, tax reference number and VAT number. Contracts and commitments are therefore unaffected by this change and your key contacts will remain the same.

Please update your records and systems to reflect the name change as soon as possible. Any outstanding invoices in the name of Clearbox Limited will be processed as normal.
